Where are your products made?

Our pieces are designed in Dongguan Guangdong, China, and manufactured through trusted ethical partners who specialize in high-grade organic cotton production.


How do your sizes run?

True to size with a slightly structured, premium feel. If you want an oversized look, go one size up.


Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order—as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed, and still in its original condition.


When will my order ship?

Short Answer: 6-8 Weeks to ship.

Our preorder campaign will last up to 2 weeks. Orders take about 4-6 weeks to manufacture, and one week to receive and ship. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow the journey.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Rates vary by location and will be shown at checkout.


How do I care for my Medulla pieces?

Cold wash. Air dry. Keep the fiber integrity strong. Treat it like a premium garment—it’ll last years.
